Much Shelist's Mitchell S. Roth to Chair Firm's Management Committee

Much Shelist is pleased to announce the appointment of Mitchell S.
Roth to Chair of the firm's Management Committee, a position in which he will
oversee all firm operations. Mitchell, an 18-year veteran of the firm and a
member of the firm's Business & Finance practice group, has served on the
Management Committee since 2004. David T. Brown, who previously held the
position for 13 years, will remain firm Chairman. Both Mitchell and David will continue to practice law full
time, delivering the highest levels of service to their clients. David will
also continue to help guide the firm's strategic direction and work with Much
Shelist attorneys on leadership development and client-service skills. This
move is the result of a succession plan the firm has been working on for some
time. Glenn D. Taxman will join the Committee as its newest
member. Glenn is head of our Orange County, CA office and a principal in the
Real Estate practice group. Glenn has been with the firm for more than 16 years
and opened the California office in 2002. All remaining members of Much
Shelist's Management Committee have been re-elected to serve another year-long
term beginning June 1. This group now includes: Mitchell S. Roth, Chair David T. Brown Steven L. DeGraff Steven Schwartz Glenn D. Taxman Anthony C. Valiulis In addition to these changes, we are pleased to announce
that Robert J. Emanuel has been elevated to equity principal. Bob joined our
Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group in 2011. He has added
significant strength to our capabilities in representing financial institutions
